    NO 2 FEES
    Posted 09:31 27th Jan
ICU Deputy President (Education & Welfare) Katherine McGinn has advised students intending to protest against top-up fees to stay away from illegal protests and intstead attend the official, ULU-organised demonstration. Speaking to IC Radio, she said, "Students should go (to the ULU-organised lobby) so they can speak to their MPs, because this is such a close vote every MP that we can sway counts. By going down there and speaking to their MP they could make all the difference."

Students wishing to lobby their MP tomorrow may meet in Beit quad from 8am or at the House of Commons anytime from 9.30am onwards. The ULU protest will take place from 1-3.30pm outside Parliament.
