ICR294: Informed Choice Radio Rewind 2017 (Part One)
With the end of the year approaching, it’s time to pause and reflect.
It’s been an incredible year for Informed Choice Radio. We’ve created and published 140 new episodes of the podcast this year! The majority of these have featured a range of incredible guest experts, including authors of newly published books covering a wide range of personal finance and lifestyle topics.
Our audience for the podcast has grown dramatically this year, with more than 100,000 downloads in 2017; that’s around four times the number of downloads we experienced last year, and I’m eternally grateful to everyone who tunes in to Informed Choice Radio, shares episodes with friends and gets in touch with questions, suggestions and feedback.
The podcast has been getting lots of recognition this year too. We’ve been shortlisted for several awards in 2017 - sadly we are yet to win an award for the podcast, but I’ve no doubt that time will come! Informed Choice Radio has been shortlisted at the Surrey Digital Awards, Eagle Business Awards and Investment Marketing and Innovation Awards.
